Hush Security is redefining how organizations secure and manage Non-Human Identities (NHIs) - including service accounts, API keys, workloads, and AI agents. Our platform enables Security and DevOps teams to eliminate static secrets, enforce access policies, and gain full visibility into machine-to-machine access across modern cloud environments.

As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key product initiatives at the intersection of cybersecurity, DevOps, and identity.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own end-to-end product areas within the Hush platform, driving strategy, execution, and adoption. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, security researchers, and customers to build products that solve real-world identity and access challenges for modern workloads and AI-driven systems.

This role requires a strong mix of technical depth, product intuition, and customer empathy.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute product strategy for core platform capabilities (e.g., access policies, dynamic credentials, AI agent security)
• Lead product lifecycle from discovery → delivery → iteration
• Work closely with engineering teams 
• Engage directly with customers (DevOps, Security, Platform teams) to gather insights and validate solutions
• Translate complex security and infrastructure problems into intuitive product experiences
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, GTM, and leadership
• Define KPIs and measure product success based on adoption, security posture improvement, and usability
• Stay ahead of trends in identity security, secrets management, and AI agents

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, DevOps, or infrastructure products
• Strong technical background (comfortable working with APIs, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, GitOps workflows)
• Experience building products for developers, DevOps, or security practitioners
• Proven ability to lead complex products from concept to launch
• Deep understanding of modern security challenges (e.g., secrets sprawl, identity governance, least privilege)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action

Nice to Have

• Experience with identity & access management (IAM), secrets management, or zero trust
• Experience with secrets management systems and secure storage platforms
• Familiarity with Non-Human Identity (NHI) challenges
• Background working on SaaS or cloud-native security platforms
• Experience with AI/ML systems or AI agent ecosystems
