A leading company in the construction industry is seeking a Planning Manager to take full responsibility for managing, coordinating, and overseeing planning processes in large-scale construction projects – from initial planning stages through permit issuance and delivery of execution-ready plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage teams of planners and consultants
- Manage planning budgets and schedules
- Work closely with clients, authorities, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Oversee the preparation of plans, specifications, and tender documents
- Coordinate interfaces between architectural, engineering, and environmental planning disciplines
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / relevant field – mandatory
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project planning – mandatory
- Experience with project management software (MS Project / Primavera) – an advantage
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and management skills
