About the Company

We are looking for a Fund Operations Analyst to join our Index Funds team and support the ongoing monitoring and control of mutual funds and ETFs.
Responsibilities
- Support the operational and control processes of index funds (mutual funds & ETFs)
- Monitor fund holdings, exposures, and portfolio activity
- Ensure compliance with fund prospectuses, regulations, and internal guidelines
- Identify and escalate discrepancies and assist in resolving breaks
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders (custodians, banks, institutional partners)
Qualification
- Experience in capital markets (investment operations / fund operations / investment control / analytical roles)
- Strong advantage: knowledge of SWAPs / derivatives
- Strong advantage: experience with mutual funds / ETFs / index funds
- Advantage: familiarity with Bloomberg, GTO systems
- Good English skills
