Job Title: Financial Manager
About the Company:
Join a dynamic and rapidly growing company based in Tel Aviv.
We are looking for a highly-skilled, motivated, and reliable Assistant Controller to
become an integral part of our spectacular Finance Team. If you are sharp, friendly,
and a great teammate, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring
accuracy and compliance with Israeli tax regulations.
Work closely with auditors and tax advisors to manage audits and ensure
compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
Conduct financial analysis to support the investment team in decision-making
and performance tracking.
Monitor the financials of portfolio companies, including quarterly
performance evaluations and valuations.
Oversee daily operations of financial activities, including managing and
coordinating with bookkeepers.
Assist with other financial reporting and requirements as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Strong proficiency in Excel (required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proven reliability and attention to detail.
