Financial Controller

Controller | Commercial & Manufacturing Company | Central Israel

We are looking for a hands-on Controller to join a dynamic, growing company and take full ownership of the finance function.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all financial activities of the company

• Prepare and oversee financial statements, balance sheets, and business analysis

• Direct reporting to the CEO

• Manage the accounting team (approx. 4 employees)

• Provide professional leadership of the accounting function, including transition and overlap with the Chief Accountant

• Work closely with suppliers, banks, and external stakeholders

• Be actively involved in the company’s commercial and operational activities

• Drive cross-organizational processes and efficiency improvements

🔹 Requirements:

✔ 6–7+ years of experience in finance (10 years – strong advantage)

✔ Previous experience as a Controller / Finance Manager / CFO

✔ Background in commercial and/or manufacturing companies – significant advantage

✔ Strong understanding of financial statements and business analysis

✔ Proven experience managing a team

✔ Full proficiency in Priority – חובה

✔ Experience working with retail operations – advantage

✔ Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and service-oriented approach

✔ Proactive, positive, and hands-on personality
