AI / Agentic Systems Engineer (Senior Position)

About the Role

This role requires proven hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating AI systems in production environments.

You will develop production AI systems — including LLM-powered applications, machine learning models, and AI-driven automation — integrated with real services, data pipelines, and internal tools.

You will work across the stack, from data processing and model development to AI workflows and production services, using modern AI technologies and large-scale data platforms.

You will also play a key role in shaping the architecture and technical direction of our AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered systems and intelligent workflows

• Develop LLM-based applications and automation tools

• Implement RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems

• Develop and deploy predictive machine learning models

• Build pipelines for data preparation and inference

• Integrate AI capabilities with internal APIs, services, and data platforms

• Deploy and operate AI workloads using Databricks and AWS

• Monitor and improve AI system performance, reliability, and scalability

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve internal tools and decision systems

• Contribute to architectural decisions around the company’s AI infrastructure and platform

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI development

• Strong programming skills in Python

• Experience building production systems and APIs

• Experience working with Databricks and AWS

• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals (model training, evaluation, feature engineering)

• Familiarity with LLM APIs and modern AI frameworks

• Experience working with data pipelines and large datasets

• Understanding of model deployment and monitoring practices

• Strong system design and problem-solving skills

• Ability to take ownership and collaborate across teams

Nice to Have

• Experience building LLM-based agents or AI automation systems

• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks

• Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases

• Experience building ML workflows or experimentation pipelines

• Experience with distributed systems or large-scale data processing

• Strong understanding of how modern AI and LLM systems work
