About the role:

Perform complex analyses of business processes, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations for improvement.
Responsible for monitoring and controlling the implementation of predictive and decision models through report creation and generation.
Develop and implement predictive and decision models by leveraging available data sources and quantitative research methods.
Design and execute testing frameworks for decision-making logic and manage issues accordingly.
Manage documentation systems for models (predictive and decision) and track change logs.

Requirements:

Academic degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems, etc.).
At least 3 years of practical experience writing complex SQL queries.
Training, understanding, and experience in developing and implementing predictive models and/or Predictive Analytics.
Hands-on experience analyzing complex processes with attention to detail and thoroughness.
Experience in developing Visual Analytics using tools such as Tableau.
Assertiveness, ability to lead, and work with multiple interfaces.
