The Role
As a Junior Publisher Success Manager, you will work close to the core of the business: growth. You will collaborate directly with publishers, focusing on business development and relationship management. You will monitor performance through a marketing lens, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic optimization efforts. You will gain real insight into the global gaming ecosystem and how monetization works in practice. This is not a passive role. You are expected to contribute from day one. The more ownership you take, the more responsibility you will receive.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Partner Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with publishers. Build trust, understand their business needs, and position Torox as a strategic, long-term partner.
- Growth & Optimization: Track performance trends and identify marketing opportunities to scale accounts and maximize revenue potential for our partners.
- Strategic Communication: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring publishers are aligned with our latest solutions and market trends.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth onboarding and consistent execution of growth strategies across your portfolio.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure our partners’ goals are met.

This is a hybrid position (Sunday–Thursday) based in our Ness Ziona office, with Wednesdays working from home. We believe strong alignment is built in person, while maintaining practical flexibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- High level of Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
- Business-oriented mindset with an interest in marketing and tech.
- Proficiency in Office tools.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or marketing role – an advantage.
- Clear understanding of basic business concepts.
