Major Responsibilities

• Develop and own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI-based security orchestration tools, aligned with overall company goals and market trends
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to integrate AI and machine learning into network security products, improving detection, prevention, and operational efficiency
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and market opportunities in the AI security space
• Define AI model performance metrics, evaluation frameworks, and quality benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement of AI-powered capabilities
• Work closely with the UX/UI team to ensure intuitive and user-friendly product design for AI features, making complex AI outputs actionable and transparent for security operators, while building users’ trust in the system
• Drive product development process from concept to launch, including feature planning, user stories creation, and product testing for AI-integrated workflows
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for AI-powered product launches and updates
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the product's effectiveness and market competitiveness
• Engage with customers, sales teams, and customer support to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify new AI-driven business opportunities
• Monitor AI industry trends and technological advancements, ensuring that Check Point's network security products remain at the forefront of the AI-powered cybersecurity market

Desired Background

• 5+ years of product management experience, with strong understanding of product life cycle and product management methodologies
• Hands-on familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, including model lifecycle management, LLMs, AI agents, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Strong technical background and understanding of networking technologies and IT management systems — the ability to engage credibly with engineers and researchers is essential
• Business acumen and experience in working with Enterprise customers at global scale
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept to completion
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels - from data scientists to peer product managers and C-level executives
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving common goals
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field

Highly Desired

• Experience with cybersecurity technologies, particularly network security, firewall platforms, or security management systems
• Familiarity with security operations (SecOps) workflows, SIEM, SOAR, or XDR platforms
• Prior experience bringing AI capabilities to security products in an enterprise context
• Understanding of threat intelligence, anomaly detection, or AI-driven policy automation
