The Role & Responsibilities-

• Autonomous Agent Development: Architecting and implementing sophisticated AI Agents using Python to handle complex, logic-heavy code analysis.
• Complex Data Engineering: Designing and managing high-scale Data Pipelines capable of processing vast amounts of repository data and metadata.
• Advanced Algorithmic Design: Developing graph-based algorithms to map and analyze intricate dependencies and code relationships.
• Data-Driven Feature R&D: Conducting independent data research to identify insights and autonomously translating them into production-grade features.
• System Evolution: Taking end-to-end ownership of mission-critical components, bridging the gap between deep-learning research and scalable backend architecture.

Requirements-

• Academic Foundation: B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technological field – Mandatory.
• Professional Seniority: Between 5 to 12 years of professional software development experience – Mandatory.
• Python Mastery: Expert-level development skills in Python – Mandatory.
• AI & LLM Innovation: Proven hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-driven workflows – Mandatory.
• Algorithmic Depth: Strong background in complex data structures or algorithmic development (e.g., Graph theory).
