Job Description:
The role includes troubleshooting and server monitoring, working with cutting-edge technologies such as cloud services, databases, web environments, and Windows & Linux servers.
A unique track that combines professional training with hands-on experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in operations/monitoring or technical support – advantage
- Experience as an internet technical support representative – advantage
- 1–2 years of experience with Windows/Linux servers – advantage
- Basic knowledge of networking and communication equipment – advantage
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends (flexible scheduling)
- Location: Kiryat Bialik
