We’re looking for someone who knows how to run end-to-end recruitment processes, but more importantly - someone who understands hiring managers, asks the right questions, and brings real value into the process.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate, service, operations, and professional roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, build job profiles, and provide ongoing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct proactive sourcing across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, candidate databases, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and lead recruitment processes in a dynamic, complex organizational environment.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience
• Experience working in a mid-sized or large organization
• Strong ability to manage complex processes and work with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in a financial services company – an advantage
