Job Description:
- Planning, setup, and maintenance of Citrix CVAD (Virtual Apps & Desktops) environments
- Management and configuration of system components: Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Workspace, VDA (Server/Desktop)
- Ongoing work with Citrix Studio and Citrix Director
- Troubleshooting complex issues (Tier 3), log analysis, and improving availability and performance
- Configuration and management of Citrix Policies, Profile Management, and Load Balancing
- Working with Citrix WEM to improve user experience and performance
- Integration with organizational infrastructure and security systems
- Writing scripts for automation and troubleshooting (PowerShell)
- Working in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments
- Working with Citrix Cloud
Job Requirements:
- At least 3–5 years of experience working with Citrix CVAD (Virtual Apps & Desktops) – mandatory
- Proven experience in setting up and maintaining complex Citrix environments
- Experience working with Citrix Studio and Citrix Director
- Knowledge and experience working with:
- Citrix Policies
- Load Balancing
- Profile Management
- Experience with Citrix WEM
- Experience supporting complex issues (Tier 3) and log analysis
- Experience working in Windows Server environments
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Active Directory
- Group Policy (GPO)
- DNS / DHCP
- Experience working with VDI and RDS environments
- Experience writing scripts (PowerShell)
- Experience with NetScaler / Citrix ADC – significant advantage
