Full Stack Team Lead

Currently a lean team of more then 20 experts, the company is developing mission-critical defense solutions for the world’s largest telecommunication providers.

Located in Central Israel (adjacent to the train station), the team fosters a high-impact, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities-

• Founding Member Impact: Shaping the product’s technological foundations from the ground up, influencing every architectural decision.
• Full-Stack Ownership: Developing complex, high-scale features using a modern stack of Python, Node.js, and React.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Architecting and deploying services within an Azure environment, utilizing Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration.
• E2E Lifecycle: Building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, high-quality delivery of security features.
• Technical Leadership: Taking a leading role in the development process, mentoring future hires, and collaborating directly with the founding leadership.

Requirements-

• Engineering Seniority: At least 6 years of professional experience in software development – Mandatory.
• Full-Stack Mastery: Proven experience in both Backend (Python or Node.js) and Frontend (React) development – Mandatory.
• Leadership Background: Demonstrated experience in leading projects, features, or small teams – Mandatory.
• Cloud & DevOps Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes – Significant Advantage.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, "get-things-done" mindset with the ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-growing startup.
