This is a full-time on-site role in Tel Aviv-Yafo for the Head of Design. The role involves leading and managing a multidisciplinary design team, ensuring creative excellence across all projects, and delivering innovative solutions. The Head of Design will oversee visual design, branding, and product design initiatives, while collaborating with other departments to align design strategies with business objectives. They will act as a mentor for team members, foster a culture of creativity, and ensure the delivery of high-quality design work under tight deadlines.

• Expertise in Design Management, with a proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams effectively
• Strong skills in Visual Design and Product Design, showcasing a keen eye for detail and originality
• Experience in developing impactful Branding strategies and delivering cohesive brand identities
• Familiarity with Interior Design concepts related to environmental and experiential design
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate design vision across teams
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in design-related roles with experience in leadership
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Past experience in an advertising agency or a related creative environment is an advantage
