Responsibilities-

• Executive Leadership: Managing a department of ~30 professionals across multiple heterogeneous squads, including Team Leads, Engineers, and AI specialists, with an immediate mandate for further organizational scaling.
• Technical Strategy & Vision: Shaping the company’s long-term architectural roadmap, ensuring the platform remains a market leader in scalability and sophisticated AI integration.
• AI & LLM Innovation: Overseeing the development of complex AI Workflows and Agentic systems that drive the core intelligence of the platform.
• Operational Excellence: Driving R&D execution within a high-performance stack Python, Kubernetes, and Multi-Cloud while maintaining elite standards of engineering and delivery.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partnering with the founding team and executive interfaces (Product, Sales, GTM) to align engineering milestones with global business strategy.

Requirements -

• 3 years of experience as a VP R&D within a fast-paced Early-to-Mid stage Startup environment – Mandatory.
• Deep, proven expertise in the Cybersecurity industry – Mandatory.
• 5 years of experience in senior management (managing Managers/Team Leads), with a track record of leading organizations of 20+ engineers – Mandatory.
• Practical experience in deploying and scaling LLMs / Generative AI solutions within Production environments – Mandatory.
• Significant hands-on experience and architectural understanding of Kubernetes (K8s) and containerized cloud environments – Mandatory.
• Proven ability to build R&D organizations from the ground up, aligning technical roadmaps with business growth and aggressive scaling.
