Fullstack Team Leader (Mobile Oriented)

About the Role

A leading fintech company is looking for a Fullstack Team Leader to join a high-impact team building large-scale digital payment solutions used by millions of users.

You will lead a Fullstack team with a strong Mobile orientation, combining hands-on development (50%) with team leadership, owning end-to-end delivery of features in a highly scalable system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Fullstack team with a Mobile focus
• Design, build, and maintain complex mobile-driven systems at scale
• Take full ownership of features from design to production
• Write high-quality code, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices
• Define and implement high standards for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Drive the adoption of modern development practices including AI across SDLC and CI/CD
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Tech Lead
• 8+ years of experience in software development
• Strong Fullstack development experience with significant Mobile background
• Experience in Native mobile development (iOS/Android) and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Deep understanding of client architecture and Clean Architecture (SwiftUI / Jetpack Compose)
• Strong experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
• Experience working with Kafka, REST, and event-driven architecture
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS - advantage), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
