Fullstack Team Leader (Mobile Oriented)

About the Role
A leading fintech company is looking for a Fullstack Team Leader to join a high-impact team building large-scale digital payment solutions used by millions of users.
You will lead a Fullstack team with a strong Mobile orientation, combining hands-on development (50%) with team leadership, owning end-to-end delivery of features in a highly scalable system.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a Fullstack team with a Mobile focus
- Design, build, and maintain complex mobile-driven systems at scale
- Take full ownership of features from design to production
- Write high-quality code, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices
- Define and implement high standards for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Drive the adoption of modern development practices including AI across SDLC and CI/CD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Tech Lead
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- Strong Fullstack development experience with significant Mobile background
- Experience in Native mobile development (iOS/Android) and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
- Deep understanding of client architecture and Clean Architecture (SwiftUI / Jetpack Compose)
- Strong experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
- Experience working with Kafka, REST, and event-driven architecture
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS - advantage), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
