Monitoring & Control Specialist (24745)

Job Description:

• Define and implement ongoing monitoring for systems and IT infrastructure: servers, networks, databases, and operating systems.
• Identify and resolve incidents in real time (including outside regular working hours).
• Develop and implement new processes using Apache NiFi / CAWA (Broadcom).
• Develop, maintain, and operate monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Netcool, SCOM, Elastic, and Grafana.
• Work closely with Infrastructure, NOC, Networking, Information Security, DevOps teams, and more.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including handling incidents during nights and weekends.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in monitoring/control systems (NOC/Monitoring) – חובה (mandatory).
• Familiarity with at least one monitoring system (Zabbix, Netcool, Elastic, SCOM, Grafana) – significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Apache NiFi – significant advantage.
• Experience in scripting (Python / PowerShell / Perl) – significant advantage.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure: networking, servers, operating systems (Windows/Linux) – advantage.
• Strong teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure, high level of responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
