Director of Product Management

We are seeking a Director of Product Management – SaaS Solutions to lead and scale a portfolio of cloud-based products. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, driving execution, and evolving platform capabilities to deliver actionable insights, automation, and measurable outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the long-term SaaS product vision
• Translate company strategy into clear product roadmaps and priorities
• Drive platform thinking across products (scalability, reuse, APIs, data-first design)
• Establish ownership boundaries and collaboration models across product tracks
• Build and standardize product management processes, rituals, and artifacts
• Own portfolio prioritization and roadmap trade-offs
• Ensure high-quality PRDs, epics, and backlog readiness
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing on positioning and go-to-market
• Translate customer and regulatory requirements into product direction
• Ensure products scale reliably and securely across customers and regions
• Align cloud product decisions with real-time execution environments
• Influence technical direction through strong product leadership

Requirements:

• 6+ years of product management experience, including SaaS products and platforms
• 4+ years leading product managers, including coaching and team development
• Proven experience scaling SaaS products across multiple customers and use cases
• Experience building customer-facing SaaS platforms (APIs, integrations, shared services)
• Experience managing complex, multi-product portfolios
• Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for building customer-centric products
