Back End Engineer

Responsibilities-

• High-Scale Engineering: Designing and implementing mission-critical backend services using Go, focusing on performance, concurrency, and reliability.
• Infrastructure & Automation: Leveraging Kubernetes (K8s) and Terragrunt to manage complex, containerized environments at scale.
• Cloud-Native Architecture: Building and optimizing production-grade services within an extensive AWS ecosystem.
• Technical Ownership: Leading end-to-end features, from architectural design to deployment, while ensuring high standards of code quality and system resilience.
• Leadership Potential: For suitable candidates, the role offers Tech Lead responsibilities, influencing the technical roadmap and mentoring fellow engineers.

Requirements-

• /6 years of experience in Backend development with a strong architectural foundation – Mandatory.
• Proven expertise in one or more major languages (e.g., Python, Java, Scala, .NET, or Node.js) and a strong desire to master Go – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments – Mandatory.
• Significant experience building and scaling systems on AWS – Mandatory.
