- 👨💻 NOC Engineer to join a critical and dynamic operations team 📊
What will you do?
• Operate and monitor enterprise IT systems
• Identify and respond to incidents in real time
• Investigate issues and drive them through to full resolution
• Work with monitoring and control systems
• Collaborate with various technology teams across the organization
What are we looking for?
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in NOC / System roles
✔️ Experience in a large organization
✔️ Knowledge of Windows and communication protocols
✔️ Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting
✔️ Willingness to work shifts
Significant advantage:
➕ Experience with Splunk / VMware / Active Directory / Linux / BMC
