Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Airport City for a Buyer at DHL Express - Israel. The Buyer will manage purchasing activities, source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of services. They will monitor vendor performance, analyze procurement data, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficiency and maintain cost effectiveness. The role also requires adherence to company policies and compliance with procurement standards.

What you’ll do:

• Lead sourcing activities and tenders (including e-sourcing)
• Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers
• Conduct supplier evaluations and drive performance improvements
• Develop category expertise and identify market opportunities
• Ensure compliance with global procurement policies and standards
• Manage contracts and vendor administration end-to-end
• Maintain accurate data across procurement systems
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business and support key decisions
• Collaborate with regional teams across EMEA and share best practices

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Procurement
• Strong Negotiation, Vendor Management, and Cost Analysis skills
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes and Logistics
• Proficient in Data Analysis and Reporting Tools
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in procurement or supply chain roles is preferredcx
