Appointment Setter | SDR Agent | American Hours

Location: Har Tuv / Beit Shemesh, Israel (In-office only)

Schedule: Sunday/Monday –Thursday | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (or 4h shift during these hours)

Fluent English Required.

Ephoca is hiring Appointment Setters to support customer engagement and business growth. You’ll introduce new HVAC products, accessories, and innovations while building strong relationships with reps, distributors, and new prospects.

Requirements

No Previous Cold-calling experience required
Confident, persuasive phone presence
CRM experience and structured outreach skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Work From Office

Responsibilities

Outbound calling to existing accounts and new prospects
Introduce new products, accessories, and updates
Communicate product value clearly and confidently
Build rapport with decision-makers
Maintain accurate CRM records
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
