🚀 We’re Hiring: Mechanical R&D Engineer (Medical Devices)

At Pylon Medical, we develop minimally invasive solutions for direct carotid access—simplifying complex procedures into fast, percutaneous interventions.
As we move toward our first-in-human studies, we are growing our team and looking for a Mechanical R&D Engineer to join us.

What you’ll do:
Support the R&D team in development, testing, and iteration of innovative medical devices.
Take part in design processes, prototyping, and V&V activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to reality.

Requirements:
-B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
-3+ years of experience in the medical device industry
-Strong hands-on capabilities
-Proficiency in SolidWorks
-Good level of English (written and spoken)
