Head of Global Supply Planning

Establish and lead Elcam’s global planning function, transitioning from a local, site-based model to a global, standardized, and performance-driven operating model. Own the end-to-end supply planning process (MRP, global S&OP, and finished goods inventory), ensuring an optimal balance between service levels, cost, and working capital across 5 manufacturing sites (Israel, Italy, Dominican Republic). Act as the single point of accountability for global supply performance, aligning demand, supply, and execution across geographies , while leading local planning functions through a dotted-line reporting structure.

Additional Job Requirements

- 10 years + experience in supply chain/planning roles in manufacturing environment

- Proven track record in inventory optimization and service improvement

- Experience in medical device / pharma – advantage
