Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Kfar Saba for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and leading the sales team to drive growth. Additional duties include market analysis, client engagement, contract negotiation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Experience in creating and executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to conduct market analysis and identify business growth opportunities
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is advantageous
- Willingness to travel, as necessary, to meet clients and attend industry events
