Full-Stack Tech Lead to Redefine the "Nervous System" of Complex Supply Chains

CereBI is redefining the 'Nervous System' of complex physical supply chains by building a control tower that turns logistical chaos into real-time adaptivity. Backed by top-tier accelerators and strategic international design partners, we process massive, heterogeneous datasets to shift global enterprises from reactive 'firefighting' to proactive, AI-driven execution. We are looking for a lead engineer to build and own the core system that makes this real-time adaptivity possible.

We are looking for a brilliant and highly independent Full-Stack Tech Lead to take our engineering efforts to the next stage. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling our production environment. Working closely with our CTO and Data Scientists research team, you will transform cutting-edge AI research into a robust, enterprise-grade System of Action.

• Technical Leadership: Lead the end-to-end development of our platform, establishing high-quality engineering standards, CI/CD processes, and system architecture.
• Backend Mastery: Architect and build scalable backend services and data-processing layers using Python.
• Frontend Excellence: Own the user experience by building a high-performance, intuitive React frontend that makes complex insights actionable.
• Productionalize AI: Bridge the gap between research and reality, taking advanced Agentic AI models and productionizing them for high-scale, real-time environments.
• Ownership: Take full responsibility for the product’s lifecycle alongside our CTO, from database design to the final UI.

• Builder: You have a deep understanding of Python and React, with a track record of building complex, data-heavy applications.
• Production-Grade Mindset: You've built systems for the "real world" (Logistics, FinTech, or SaaS) and you know how to make code resilient, secure, and scalable.
• Self-Driven: You are a self-starter who thrives in an early-stage environment. You don’t just execute tasks; you identify technical debt and solve architectural challenges before they arise.
• Problem Solver: You love the challenge of turning messy, real-world data into elegant, efficient code.

• 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack development, with significant experience in Python and React.
• Proven experience leading technical projects or teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Experience in Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, or Operational systems - a significant advantage.
