Human Resources Information System Specialist

Sheba Medical Center, Israel’s largest and leading medical institution, is seeking an Information Systems Specialist to join a dynamic and impactful role within the organization.

Role Overview

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of information systems, including requirements analysis, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with professional stakeholders and headquarters units.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex reports and management data using SQL and BI tools.
• Retrieve, analyze, and make organizational data accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Design and maintain system integrations, including scripting and support of existing interfaces.
• Work closely with IT teams, BI units, vendors, and end users across the organization.
• Actively participate in developing technological solutions to improve and streamline operational processes.
• Build and support implementation of annual and ongoing IT work plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with enterprise information systems – required.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and databases (SQL Server, Oracle) – required.
• Experience developing reports and working with BI tools – required.
• Strong understanding of business and operational processes within complex organizations, preferably in HR and Payroll environments.
• High analytical skills with strong system thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different organizational levels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, independence, accountability, and prioritization abilities.
• Proactive mindset with motivation to drive impact and improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – advantage.
