Assistant Controller

A leading and well-established real estate company is looking for an Assistant Controller to join the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

• Budget control and ongoing analysis

• Working closely with accounting, payroll and external auditors

• Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring

• Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes

• Preparing reports and analyses for management

• Working with ERP systems and Excel on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics

• Experience as an Assistant Controller / Financial Analyst / Senior Accountant

• Strong Excel skills

• Experience with ERP systems

• High analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
