Quality Assurance Director | US Hours

Location: Har Tuv B, Israel (In-office only)

Hours: Sunday - Thursday (2 PM-10 PM)

Ephoca is currently seeking an experienced QA Director to join our team in Har Tuv and contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing QA team.
• Define and execute the overall QA strategy and roadmap across Ephoca’s platform.
• Establish scalable automated testing frameworks across web, backend, APIs, and AI systems.
• Integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
• Define and track quality metrics, reliability benchmarks, and performance standards.
• Lead incident reviews and implement preventative quality improvements.
• Ensure product stability across high-scale distributed systems.
• Follow up with past customers to ensure they were thrilled with our services
• Review previously sent emails to identify and correct inconsistencies
• Verify that all technical information is accurate and up to date
• Ensure accurate records are maintained for all customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Confirm that closed customer support tickets were handled properly and resolved appropriately

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, including leadership roles.
• Proven experience building or scaling QA teams and processes.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in fast-moving startup or high-growth environments preferred.
