We are looking for a R&D Manager(hybrid) who will be responsible for the system core and management of the tech team:

Development and upgrading of processes and algorithms, document processing workflows, integration of language models and advanced Backend infrastructure.

This is a key role with a direct impact on the technological core of the product.

Scale up capabilities and moving the system to production.

What do you do in the role?

* Full development and upgrading of the system core.

* ⁠Managing a small team 

* Integration with LLM.

* Building processing workflows for text and images.

* Python API development using FastAPI and creating a security layer for logic against language models.

* Improving performance, logs, monitoring, stability and testing.

* Working with UI and the DevOps team.

* Working with DB.

* Setting up systems for a large number of users.

Mandatory Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in Backend development in Python.

* ⁠Management experience 

* Experience working with LLM or complex NLP or AI systems.

* Proficiency in Linux, Docker, Git infrastructures and cloud work.

* Experience in building APIs for a product.

* Good understanding of on-prem systems and offline solutions.
