Director of AI Product

We are looking for a visionary Director of AI Product to lead our organizational evolution into an AI-Native powerhouse.

This isn't just about managing a roadmap, it’s about architecting the future.

You will be a Change Agent, responsible for embedding AI and Data Science into the very fabric of our global platform, influencing every process, and driving innovation at a massive scale.

As a Leader of Leaders, you will empower our product teams to move beyond traditional boundaries, leveraging the full potential of Generative AI, Agentic Workflows, and Advanced Data Science.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect the AI Product Craft: Elevate the standard of AI-native product management across the organization. You will coach and mentor Product Directors and Principals to balance technical constraints with high-impact, transformative innovation.
• Lead the Leaders: Directly manage and inspire a high-performing team of AI Product Managers. Foster a culture of extreme ownership, technical curiosity, and excellence in the AI space.
• Scale the AI Operating System: Design and refine the methodologies that allow multiple product and engineering teams to stay aligned, transparent, and efficient while deploying non-deterministic AI models at scale.
• Cross-Organizational Influence: Work horizontally across the entire organization. You will translate complex AI/Data Science capabilities into clear strategic roadmaps for stakeholders, ensuring that when the AI platform wins, the entire company wins.
• Innovation at Scale: Own the end-to-end execution of our core AI infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between "Research/Data Science" and "Functional Product," ensuring elite performance metrics and predictable velocity.
• Be a Change Agent: Identify organizational bottlenecks and implement AI-driven solutions that drive measurable results. You have the autonomy to design the operational rhythm for our entire AI organization.

Who You Are:

• A Seasoned AI Expert: 10+ years in Product Management, with a proven track record of leading AI-Native products or large-scale AI transformations in global SaaS environments.
• A Leader of Leaders: 5+ years of experience managing PMs or Directors. You have a proven knack for mentorship, talent development, and building high-stakes product cultures.
• Strong AI/Data Science Literacy: You speak "Data Science" fluently. You understand RAG, LLM orchestration, and model evaluation, and you know how to translate these into world-class Product Sense.
• A Strategic Orchestrator: You have a "Product Ops" mindset. You know how to build the processes, tools, and frameworks that allow an organization to scale its AI capabilities without losing agility.
• Independent & Autonomous: You don’t just follow a process; you design it. You are a self-starter who can navigate a complex, high-scale environment and drive change through influence and expertise.
• Fluent Communicator: You are a master at translating deep technical constraints (Latency, Accuracy, Token costs) into strategic business value for executive leadership.
