HVAC Technician (White Glove Service) | American Hours

Location: Har Tuv (Bet Shemesh)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3pm–12am; Sundays as needed

Ephoca is looking for an experienced and customer-focused HVAC Technician to join our team. This in-office role blends hands-on field service with in-office troubleshooting support, making it a perfect fit for a well-rounded technician who thrives in a dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for the remote support of installation, maintenance, and repair of Ephocal HVAC systems for our customers in North America, with a particular focus on delivering white glove service to every client, every time.

Responsibilities

Ability to work during evening / USA hours
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components remotely over the phone
Assist with documentation and support for our field technicians located in North America
Operate diagnostic and repair tools proficiently
Deliver exceptional customer experiences during every service call
Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with both team members and clients

Qualifications

Deep mechanical knowledge, including inverter-type systems (e.g. mini splits)
Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with a variety of HVAC tools
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
A commitment to professionalism and premium service delivery
