Demand Planning

Demand Planning & Supply Chain Associate is responsible for leading the end-to-end demand planning operations for Israel. Including stock control and regulatory planning. It enables stronger market visibility, regulatory compliance and optimized inventory management across the market.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and control demand and stock requirement in coordinating with Factories.

Lead and provide an 18 months forecast on production (for FABS) and overview and monitor the orders of purchases. All aligned with commercial plans.

Act as a local contact point for QMS (Quality FABS) communication, documentation updates and readiness according to timelines.

Lead all forecasts to stock activities

Work in a cross functional environment with Logistics, finance etc.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, inventory management, or production planning (experience in regulated industries is a strong advantage)
• Proven experience working with forecasting, demand planning, and stock control across multiple stakeholders

Technical & Professional Skills

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP highly preferred) and planning tools
• Advanced Excel skills - Must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
