Principal AI Product Manager

A leading, global financial platform that powers millions of businesses worldwide is hiring an AI-native builder for their Product Group.

We are quietly building a core leadership tier to lead an AI-Native transformation.

We are looking for a Principal AI Product Manager, a Builder in the modern sense, who lives at the intersection of high-level strategy and rapid execution.

You are someone who uses LLMs, agentic workflows, and "vibe coding" to prototype, deploy, and iterate at a pace traditional R&D cannot match.

This is a high-impact IC role designed for a Wizard who can bridge the gap between complex financial ecosystems and functional AI implementation.

You will have the autonomy and resources of a global giant but the agility of a founding team, carving out new paths and building transformative AI engines from scratch.

About the role:

• Lead the AI Pivot: Architect and own the product vision for AI-native experiences. You will drive the shift from deterministic "rules" to probabilistic, autonomous Agentic Workflows.
• High-Velocity Execution (Vibe Coding): You live in the modern dev-stack. You leverage AI-driven coding tools (Cursor, Cloud IDEs) to maintain 3-4 concurrent projects, moving from a "business problem" to a "functional prototype" in record time.
• Master the AI Stack: Define and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures that ensure 100% financial precision while leveraging the creative power of LLMs.
• Strategic Transformation: Act as a "Force Multiplier." You will pull the organization upward, educating and leading cross-functional teams to embrace an AI-first mindset.
• End-to-End Excellence: From sparking the initial idea to launching and scaling. You will dive into user research, define KPIs (Retention, LTV, Accuracy), and execute with precision.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of building AI-Native products from a blank canvas.
• Strong understanding of LLM APIs, RAG, and Agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.). You know how to translate a business problem into a technical prompt or an autonomous agent.
• Advanced Product Sense: You don't just build; you understand the "Why." You have a sharp eye for UI/UX and the ability to measure impact through hard data and KPIs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You are a savvy learner and a "Change Agent" who isn't afraid to break things to build them better.
• Experience in high-stakes SaaS environments (Fintech, AdTech, or Growth-Tech) where accuracy and scale are critical.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
