Job description

Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, combining deep technical product management with hands-on customer engagement, to ensure Pragatix addresses real-world AI security risks and delivers measurable value to customers.

Product & Research

• Lead competitive analysis, market research, and trend tracking across AI security, agents, and governance (including Gartner and industry frameworks).
• Perform hands-on evaluation of AI tools and platforms to understand behaviors, risks, and enterprise needs.
• Identify and define AI-driven cyber and business risks (e.g., prompt injection, data leakage, agent misuse).
• Translate insights into product requirements, roadmap priorities, and security capabilities.
• Own product documentation, including technical specs, use cases, and release materials.

Customer Success

• Work closely with customers and design partners to validate use cases and refine the product.
• Support onboarding, training, and adoption, with a focus on AI security and governance.
• Gather and translate customer feedback and usage insights into continuous improvements.
• Build strong relationships to drive customer success, retention, and real-world impact. 

Qualifications:

• Suitable for outstanding graduates with strong technical skills and a passion for AI and cybersecurity, even without prior experience.
• Technical background in System/support engineering or similar
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related educational background
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of AI, System, Networking, SaaS, and cloud technologies.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Jerusalem(Har Hotzvim Hi-Tech Park).
