Senior Information Technology Project Manager

About the Role:

A dual-natured senior role reporting directly to the CIO, combining hands-on system administration with leading the evaluation and implementation of new technology platforms across the organization and its global subsidiaries. This position offers significant autonomy and broad scope for a senior professional who thrives on variety and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

▪️ Lead end-to-end evaluation, selection, and implementation of business systems and technology platforms globally

▪️ Own the administration and optimization of Salesforce & Pardot

▪️ Oversee the company’s ERP system management and continuous improvement

▪️ Drive system integrations and ensure seamless data flow across platforms

▪️ Work with Qlik Sense and BI tools to support reporting and data-driven decisions

▪️ Evaluate and implement AI tools across business systems, including security and governance considerations

▪️ Manage vendor relationships and external implementation partners

▪️ Partner with the CIO to shape the IT and systems roadmap

Requirements:

▪️ 10+ years of hands-on IT experience — systems implementation + day-to-day management

▪️ Proven track record of independently leading end-to-end system implementations

▪️ Solid experience as a Salesforce & Pardot Administrator

▪️ Experience managing an ERP system in a mid-to-largeorganization

▪️ Strong business acumen — ability to translate business needs into tech solutions

▪️ Excellent English — written and spoken

▪️ Highly independent and self-directed
