Cyber Security Manager

*** Seeking: Head of Cyber Programs & Delivery – Relocation to West Africa ***

For one of our clients, we are seeking a Head of Cyber Programs & Delivery for a relocation opportunity to an English-speaking country in West Africa.

This high-impact role is the primary interface between executive leadership, customers, and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex cybersecurity programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Delivery: Own projects from contract signature through customer acceptance.
• Accountability: Single point of responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Lead alignment between internal teams, partners, and vendors.
• Risk & Reporting: Manage delivery risks and provide concise executive-level status reports.
• Leadership: Mentor project managers and technical leads to enforce quality standards.

Core Requirements:

• 5+ years in managing complex technology or cybersecurity programs.
• Proven experience with multi-stakeholder, customer-facing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of IT/OT cybersecurity concepts and architectures.
• Expertise in managing internal teams, system integrators, and vendors.
• Executive-level presence and a results-driven mindset.
