Back End Developer

We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer (hybrid) with a strong orientation toward developing an LLM based system who will be responsible for the system core and architecture of the product.

This is a key role with a direct impact on the scale performance and the full transition of the system to Production including working with many users and complex environments.

What do you do in the role?

Ownership of the Backend core and architecture decision making choosing technological solutions and building a stable long term system.

Development of complex Backend services and API in Python FastAPI.

Planning and integration of Backend infrastructures for an LLM based system.

Development of data processing workflows text or image on the server side under critical performance and stability constraints.

On Prem product development building systems operating in isolated environments without internet dependency with an emphasis on deployment maintenance and upgrades.

Responsibility for Production readiness monitoring logs testing troubleshooting and continuous improvement of system reliability.

Working closely with DevOps and Frontend teams including adapting the architecture for complex deployment and client requirements.

Planning optimization and working with DBs.

Leading critical developments from the characterization stage to a stable system in Production.

Mandatory Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Backend development in Python including building Production systems.

Experience in API development FastAPI preferred including versioning security and backward compatibility.

Proficiency in Linux environment working with Docker code management with Git and experience in deployment and maintenance of services.

Experience working with DBs including schema planning and performance optimization.

Significant Advantage:

Experience in building AI or GenAI systems.

Working with LLMs integration infrastructure security Agents and processes around models.

Algorithmic thinking and ability to apply mathematical knowledge for development and optimization of computational stages in the system.

• Understanding of Security principles in Backend development including product protection in On Prem environments.
