We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to join our sales team. This is an exceptional opportunity to launch your career in B2B healthcare technology sales within a fast-growing healthtech company backed by leading venture capital investors. You will be responsible for building our sales pipeline, conducting outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting our enterprise sales efforts to healthcare organizations globally. This role operates on a 24/5 global schedule to ensure seamless coverage for our international client base across multiple time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional B2B sales experience (inside sales, business development, SDR, or related sales role). This is a MANDATORY requirement
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, or pipeline building in a B2B technology, SaaS, or healthcare technology environment
- FLUENT ENGLISH (native or near-native proficiency required). This is a MANDATORY requirement. Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic, determination, and hunger to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
- Comfort with rejection and the ability to maintain persistence and positivity when facing objections
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple leads and prospects simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar); ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Ability to work flexible hours and across multiple global time zones; willingness to adapt schedule to support customers and team members in different regions
- High emotional intelligence, curiosity about healthcare challenges, and a genuine interest in understanding customer pain points
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare technology, medical device, or healthcare services sales
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, digital health, remote patient monitoring, or value-based care models
- Familiarity with healthcare decision-making structures, hospital IT procurement, and healthcare stakeholder landscapes
- Experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Multilingual capabilities (Hebrew a plus, but not required)
Previous startup or venture-backed company experience
