Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Manager located in Petah Tikva, with flexibility for partial remote work. The BIM Manager will oversee the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling processes, coordinate BIM workflows, and ensure accurate virtual designs. Responsibilities include collaboration with multiple disciplines, particularly Architecture and MEP systems, to support efficient project delivery and ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
• Experience in Virtual Design and leveraging technology to enhance project efficiency
• Strong background in Architecture and familiarity with design processes
• Knowledge and understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in BIM-related tools and software
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in project management roles within the construction or design sector is a plus
