LLM Engineer (AI)

Responsibilities-

• Autonomous Agent Development: Designing and implementing intelligent agents that manage complex modeling workflows, including smart data querying and automated feature engineering.
• LLM Orchestration: Leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive automated model training and high-fidelity predictive processes.
• Insight Synthesis: Developing systems that extract actionable business intelligence and strategic "next-step" recommendations directly from model predictions.
• Cloud-Native AI Scaling: Utilizing advanced cloud environments (e.g., Azure AI) to build and scale autonomous R&D workflows.
• Core R&D Collaboration: Working at the intersection of Data Science and Engineering to build the next generation of automated AI infrastructure.

Requirements-

• 5 years of professional experience in AI/Machine Learning development – Mandatory.
• Expert-level development skills in Python – Mandatory.
• one year of hands-on experience in developing and implementing LLM-based solutions – Mandatory.
• Proven experience working with data libraries such as Spark, NumPy, or Pandas – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of the ML Lifecycle (MLOps), from research and training to production-grade deployment.
