Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Sales Manager, based in Haifa. The role involves managing sales operations, building strong relationships with aesthetic practitioners and partners, and driving revenue growth. The Field Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, create and close sales deals, and provide expert guidance on Astramed Aesthetics' products and services. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and participating in training events to support client success are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in closing deals and achieving targets
• Customer relationship management expertise and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Deep understanding of the medical aesthetics industry or experience in a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Haifa and travel to meet clients as needed
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and goal-setting abilities
• Knowledge of medical devices and aesthetic training programs is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
