🧠 The Ideal Candidate:
- Has 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in campaign management (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Possesses strong analytical skills and a love for digging into performance data
- Is strategic, resourceful, and thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Communicates clearly and collaborates well with cross-functional teams

- Managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
