Head of Data

We are seeking a visionary business leader with a deep passion for data to transform AI from a buzzword into a core growth engine. This role is designed for an individual who looks beyond algorithms and understands how technology translates into competitive advantage, cost efficiency, and market breakthroughs. You will serve as the executive leadership's right hand in data-driven decision-making and lead the company into the AI-first era.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand the business model and translate it into data-driven initiatives that support the company’s core objectives.
• Implement a "data language" across all departments, ensuring that strategic decisions are based on facts and insights rather than intuition.
• Own the Return on Investment (ROI) of development projects, prioritizing initiatives based on revenue potential versus implementation complexity.
• Lead and mentor a team of experts, ensuring they remain closely connected to customer needs and the company’s vision.
• Identify new business models or revenue streams made possible through advanced AI capabilities and generative technologies.

The Ideal Profile :

• Proven experience leading data organizations with a focus on the bottom line rather than just technical output.
• A high-level understanding of "what is possible" with AI and Big Data - without needing to write code, but with the ability to vet the feasibility of solutions.
• Strong understanding of product development and the ability of AI to enhance User Experience (UX) and customer value.
• Experience in multi-layered management, recruitment, talent retention, and career development.

Location & Work Environment:

• Office-Based: This is a full-time position operating from our offices in Central Israel.
