Operations Manager

Position Overview:

The role involves concentrating, monitoring, and documenting investment activities related to the company and its clients. It includes providing ongoing service and support to the company's managers and executing regular daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Data entry of investment transactions into banking systems, internal software, and coordination with the marketing team.

Tracking and documenting investment activities across various platforms.

Characterizing and preparing financial reports for investment funds, identifying financial discrepancies, and escalating them.

Providing precise information to clients based on marketing requirements while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Ongoing interaction with banking systems.

Conducting periodic internal audits for regulatory compliance.

Monitoring and tracking settlements with distributors.

Producing and distributing various monthly reports to clients.

Collecting data and completing professional liability insurance questionnaires.

Performing reconciliations between different databases to identify and resolve inconsistencies.

Monitoring and controlling the completion of annual reports for various associated entities.

Tracking and monitoring periodic accounting reports on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

Professional background in Finance, Accounting, or Banking.

High proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

Experience in Banking or as an Economist – a significant advantage.

High comfort level working with numbers and financial data.

Proficiency in using various software, websites, and AI tools.

Exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness, and a methodical approach.
