UIUX and Figma Designer

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma to join our team on-site in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Designer will be responsible for:

• Design and maintain modern, clean, and conversion-focused web interfaces in Figma.
• Translate product ideas into user-friendly UI/UX.
• Work with developers to ensure designs are feasible and consistent.
• Design responsive layouts (Desktop/Mobile/Tablet).
• Maintain consistent design system (colors, spacing, typography).
• Create a variety of design assets, including banners, images, and marketing materials for different team needs, along with basic video editing for promotional and social media content.

Requirements

3+ years of experience specifically in web design.

Extensive experience with Figma, which includes:

knows how to work with Atomic design.

knows how to manage complex Design Systems.

Optional:

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Familiarity with Tailwind CSS (or similar frameworks).

Experience with Flowbite / component libraries.

English level - good / can talk and understand decently.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Design Thinking and User Research to understand and address user needs effectively.
• Proficiency in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) to create compelling and user-friendly interfaces.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to feedback to enhance the overall design process.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
