Company Description

A leading global company in the entertainment industry, operating at scale and managing extensive large-scale events, is seeking a Controller to join its finance team and support the financial management of diverse, cross-functional projects, reporting to the CFO.

Role Description

• Financial Process Control: Responsibility for internal audits, in-depth reviews, process improvements, and compliance with SOX requirements.

• Collections and Credit Management: Managing the collections function, monitoring customer accounts, tracking receivables, and leading related processes.

• Account Close Management: Responsibility for closing and controlling account reconciliations, including revenue cycle control and end-to-end process closure in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP.

• Regulatory Reporting: Review and submission of reports to governmental authorities, including VAT, withholding tax, and National Insurance.

• Credit Card Reconciliation: Managing collection processes and performing reconciliations with credit card companies.

• Vendors and Customers: Handling and controlling invoice issuance, managing the collection cycle, working with vendors, and performing intercompany reconciliations.

Qualifications

• CPA – after internship completion, Big 4 experience preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field

• Full proficiency in Excel

• Knowledge of Hashavshevet – an advantage

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and challenging environment

• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English

Location & Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, based at the company’s offices in Bnei Brak,

near Israel Railways and Light Rail lines, parking available for employees.

• Availability for overtime when required
