A leading company in the power supply and communication systems field, specializing in the development and manufacturing of customized power solutions for military, civil aviation, and space applications, is seeking a Subcontractors Manager.

The role includes end‑to‑end responsibility for the ongoing management of subcontractors, supervision of production processes, development and implementation of work plans, and leading continuous improvement initiatives in line with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing management and supervision of electronic subcontractors.
• Building work plans and tracking execution and performance.
• Ensuring compliance with targets, schedules, and deliverables, including SLA definition and monitoring.
• Managing orders and deliveries while closely tracking supply timelines.
• Coordinating logistics for inventory, test equipment, and raw materials.
• Leading and implementing process improvements and change management initiatives.
• Daily collaboration with internal cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Procurement, and Quality.
• Responsibility for quality assurance processes with subcontractors.
• Writing, implementing, and maintaining procedures and operational workflows.
• Preparing periodic reports (weekly/monthly), including performance and efficiency analysis.
• Representing the company vis‑à‑vis subcontractors in Israel and internationally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – mandatory.
• At least 4 years of experience managing subcontractors in the electronics industry – mandatory.
• Proven experience working with cross‑functional interfaces and leading engineering‑related processes – mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
• Strong leadership and motivation skills in a matrix organization – mandatory.
• High proficiency in Excel – mandatory.
• High‑level English proficiency – mandatory.
• Experience with Priority ERP and Agile methodologies – an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong service orientation, initiative, and results‑driven mindset.
