Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Company Controller to join our team in Tel Aviv. We're a publicly traded company at the forefront of non-bank financing, and we're looking for a talented Controller to take full ownership of our financial operations — working closely with senior leadership and playing a meaningful role in the company's strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Management and oversight of the accounting and reconciliation functions
• Preparation of ongoing management reports and financial analyses
• Managing monthly and quarterly close processes
• Working with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Cash flow management and budget control
• Supporting financing transactions and preparing materials for management
• Implementing financial processes and improving internal controls
• Supporting executive-level decision-making processes

Requirements:

• Certified CPA – required
• Experience working under IFRS standards – required
• Previous experience in a similar role – advantage
• Experience at a Big 4 firm – significant advantage
• Experience in a public company in the financial sector – significant advantage
• High proficiency in Excel (BI experience – advantage)
• Strong analytical skills and business-oriented thinking
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
